Description

Have you ever met a person who had a really interesting character but did nothing with them? and you felt bad cause you felt like that character had so much potential!
Sometimes people used there ocs for a long time but deiced to retire them that's OK cause at least that OC was loved but hording OC's and never using most of them is not right they deserve a home where they will be loved!

I don't understand this stamp. Should we abandon OCs jus because we haven't used them in a while? I think it would be better to make a stamp about how we shouldn't abandon our OCs....
